Staff

Megan over 8 years experience in the IT industry being the business owner and manager of Rural PC. Prior to this Megan’s career has been in a Financial Institution providing a high level of customer service and assisting the manager. These foundations cement Megan’s belief in conducting a business with detailed customer service and the needs of rural and regional WA.

 

 

Steve is an experienced IT specialist with over 20 years experience in a diverse range of areas. An accomplished Senior Operations Analyst, particularly experienced in first and second level support for the batch environment. Expert in managing teams or individually ensuring the batch operations are performed. Steve also has significant project management skills, across any technology platform. Influencing skills with tenacity, big picture thinking and ITIL skills.

 

Andrew supports Rural PC with his skills in marketing, social media and research. His knowledge of web design and rural customer needs, continues to grow the business. Andrew caters for training options either individually or in a group situation.

 

 

 

Brendan has completed studies of Computer Science at UWA. He excels at problem solving, networking and researching difficult issues. Brendan also completes hands on jobs of computer building and repair, along with remote support.
